Golden Circle, Vik, Vatnayokull, Sneafellsnes
​FOUR-DAY 4x4 EXPEDITION

DAY 1 

Vatnajokull 

 

Due to the short period of time for which you arrive at night, we will go to the largest and most spectacular glacier in Europe. We will get there at sunrise, thanks to which we will have plenty of time to explore it and on the way back we will visit all the attractions of this part of Iceland, there are a lot of them.

5. Reynisfjara Beach (Black Beach)

6. Waterfalls - Seljalandsfoss, Skógafoss, Gljufrabui 

 

Facultative trips  

-Blue Ice Experience (Skaftafell glacier walk) 

-Entrance to the ice cave and its exploration

-Exploring the crystal ice cave

- Climbing the glacier

-Trip in a super jeep on the glacier

-Snowmobile tour on the glacier

-Amphibious trip on Lake Jökulsárlón

-Jökulsárlón lake motor pontoon trip

DAY 2

Snaefellsnes peninsula 

The Snæfellsnes peninsula is often called "Iceland in miniature" due to the variety of landscapes there. Magnificent cliffs regularly washed by powerful ocean waves, rugged lava fields, cascading waterfalls, black beaches, majestic mountains, quiet fishing villages and a magnificent glacier. These are just a few of the attractions available on the peninsula. Your tour starts in Reykjavik. You will then drive west along Iceland's number one road. The first city is Borgarnes. After a short stop, you will travel to the Snaefellsnes Peninsula, less than three hours from the capital.

DAY 3

Golden Circles

 

The Golden Circle is a 300km route to three of Iceland's most popular natural attractions: Geysir Geothermal Area, Gullfoss Waterfall and Thingvellir National Park. The three sites of the Golden Circle are home to some of the most striking examples of Iceland's fascinating geological forces, stunning landscapes and rich culture. Thingvellir National Park sits in a rift valley between the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates.

 

1.Parliament of Iceland (930 - 1798) original site of the longest-running parliament in the world today.

2.Almannagja Gorge

3. Lake Tingvallavatn the largest lake in Iceland 

4. Geysir and Strokkur Geothermal Area (Haukadalur Valley)

5. Gullfoss waterfall "Golden waterfall" (32m) Sigríðury Tómasdóttir, the woman thanks to whom all waterfalls in Iceland are protected from foreign investors.

Due to the limited amount of time, deciding on one the above mentioned optional excursions organizers must be informed well in advance.

The expedition is carried out when the group consists of at least four people. 

It is possible to personalize the programexpeditions.

Organizer's services

The organizer undertakes to organize and implement the expedition with the following services included in the price of the expedition

The Organizer does not undertake to: 

cover the cost of air tickets

 accommodation costs

 covering the costs of food

 coverage of insurance costs

 fuel cost coverage

During our trips withwe provide camping equipment consisting of tents, sleeping mats, sleeping bags and cooking equipment. We help in booking hotel rooms and booking airline tickets. One tank of fuel included in the price of the trip when the group of participants is not less than five people. Along the way, we organize photography workshops for those interested a the cost of the workshop is included in the price of the trip.
